Amanda is a mother, engineer, CEO, podcast host, and change leader. She is passionate about sharing what she has learned about change, emotion, and herself from making many changes in her own life. Amanda believes helping women and companies connect to what their purpose is and who they are is the true path to transformational change.
Amanda has always been driven. She started her professional journey with a chemical engineering degree and a desire to be successful. At that time, success equated to financial independence, a loving relationship, and the ability to travel. As she traveled down that path, she checked all of those boxes. Amanda was continually taking opportunities to try different roles and learn about all of the facets of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and business. After achieving the coveted spot of CEO, she realized she was always leading task oriented projects but was desperate to make a more soul-centered connection to the company and those around her. Amanda's passion for helping others transform and achieve their dreams pushed her to venture into entrepreneurship, podcasting, and coaching. The definition of success is constantly evolving, but for now centers around (surprise!) still financial independence, loving time spent with her family, and adventures near and far.
